Do I need to hire a developer or IT person to run it?

After launch there is nobody for you to hire and no servers for you to manage; you pay a simple support-and-hosting plan and just use it. Do I get a mobile app, or just a website?
Both options exist. Every plan is already a mobile-first web app: you and your staff sign in at a web address (like app.stackviro.com) and it works fully on a phone browser — add it to your home screen and it opens and behaves like an app, with no app store needed. That is included in every plan. If you also want real downloadable apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play, branded to you, that is an optional add-on you can attach to any plan (not just Enterprise). The Apple and Google developer accounts are opened in your name, so you own them.
What about my data and third-party costs?
You own your data and can export it anytime. Any third-party costs (card processing, SMS, Apple/Google accounts, AI usage) are billed at cost with zero markup and itemized on every invoice, with the accounts in your name.
How fast can we launch?
