What owners usually want to know before the first call.

Do I have to change my ELD?
No. We connect to the tracking device you already have and read from it — your drivers keep using the same app, and there is nothing to rip out to get started.
Can it replace what I pay ADP for?
For 1099 contractor drivers, yes — we calculate the settlement, produce the statement your drivers receive, and handle the year-end 1099. If you also have W-2 employees, we connect a licensed payroll provider inside the same system so the tax filings stay with a company that is licensed to do them.
My drivers are all paid differently. Does that work?
That is the normal case, not the exception. Every driver or partner company gets their own arrangement — per mile at their own rate, a percentage of the load, half of a run, a flat amount, or hourly — and whatever you choose is what goes into their contract and into their pay.
We only haul for one customer. Is this still for us?
Yes. Carriers who run a single account do not need invoicing at all, so those parts simply stay switched off. You still get the driver pay, the contracts, the compliance dates and the state miles.
Is it available in Russian or Turkmen?
The public pages your drivers apply and sign through run in English, Russian, Spanish and Turkmen today, with Ukrainian and Uzbek next. Translating the office screens you work in every day is part of what we set up for you, so your team is not forced to operate in English.
How fast can we be running?
Driver files and signed agreements are usually live within about two weeks. Settlements follow once we have matched your current pay numbers exactly, then the tracking connection and IFTA.
