Send a load to a driver
The driver gets the load on his phone with his own pay for it, and accepts or hands it back with a reason.
Step by step
- Open the load from Loads. In Details, choose the Driver (and the Truck and Trailer) and press Save load. The driver gets a New load assigned notification.
- Under Move this load to, press Booked, then Dispatched. Until it is Dispatched the driver can see the load but is not asked to take it.
- On Loads, the Driver column tells you where it stands: Waiting for the driver to accept, or Declined — needs a driver if they handed it back. The load page keeps every offer and answer under Assignment.
- Once they accept, the driver moves it to In transit and then Delivered from their phone. You can use Move this load to too.
- A truck that never ran can be set to Truck ordered, not used or Cancelled.
Only a Driver or an Admin + Driver can be chosen as the driver.

Worth knowing
- A load the driver can see is not offered until it is Dispatched.
- Open the booked load. The driver and truck are already chosen.
- Press Dispatched. The driver is asked to take it.
- On Loads it now shows Dispatched, on Marcus’s truck.
