Set up your company

Your name, your colours, your people. Done once, in an afternoon.
In every plan Your own name, logo and colours Your drivers, brokers and customers see your company, not ours: your logo and colour on every screen, invoice and email. In every plan Invite your office and your drivers Each person gets a role: an accountant sees the money, a dispatcher the loads, a driver only his own loads and pay. In every plan Add your trucks and trailers Unit number, VIN and plate once, then every load, receipt and reminder knows which truck it belongs to. In every plan Driver applications and onboarding Your own hiring page takes applications on a phone, and an onboarding invite takes a new driver from yes to his first day.

Book and run loads

From the broker’s rate confirmation to a delivered load with its paperwork.
In every plan The rate confirmation builds the load Upload the broker’s PDF: stops, appointments, pay lines and detention terms are filled in for you to check, with the profit per mile before you accept. In every plan Send a load to a driver The driver gets the load on his phone with his own pay for it, and accepts or hands it back with a reason. In every plan The driver accepts on his phone Stops, appointments, navigation and his pay estimate on one screen, even with no signal. In every plan Arrived, loaded, delivered, with the photo The driver taps through each stop and photographs the signed bill of lading; it lands on the load, ready for the invoice. In every plan Detention, worked out for you Arrival and departure times become hours over free time, and one press puts detention on the invoice.

Pay your drivers

Each driver on his own rate, with advances and deductions, and a statement he can read.
From Small fleet Each driver on his own rate Per mile, a percentage of the load or a flat amount per load, with or without deadhead, as a company default or for one driver. From Small fleet Payday without a calculator The week’s loads, reimbursements, advances and deductions become a statement the driver reads on his phone. From Small fleet Per-diem nights, counted from the loads Nights away from home are counted from the trips, for the per-diem your accountant claims. From Small fleet The driver’s pay agreement, signed on his phone Choose the driver’s pay and his agreement is written with his own numbers; he reads it in his language and signs on his phone. Costs and receipts

Receipts file themselves under the right truck and the right tax line.
In every plan Scan a receipt, the boxes fill in Date, amount, place, category and truck are read from the photo for you to check. In every plan Drivers send receipts from the road, even with no signal A photo at the pump is enough. It waits on the phone with no signal, and money the driver paid himself comes back on his settlement. In every plan Approve a receipt and it is filed One press and it is in your expenses under its truck and tax category, and in that truck’s cost per mile. In every plan A fuel-card statement, filed truck by truck Upload the statement: every truck’s fuel becomes its own expense, and the diesel counts for IFTA without counting twice. From Small fleet Service reminders by miles or date Oil changes and inspections come due by the truck’s miles or the calendar, with what each service cost. Coming Say an expense out loud “Fuel, 312 dollars at Pilot, for truck 104” fills in the form, even when it was said with no signal.

State miles and fuel, ready for your filer every quarter.
In every plan State miles from Samsara or Motive, every night Paste a read-only key from your Samsara or Motive account once; each truck’s miles by state arrive every night. Know your numbers

What each truck earns, what it costs, and what is left.

In every plan Monthly profit and loss Income by the month each load was delivered, less driver pay and expenses, with the last twelve months side by side. In every plan Every expiry date, before it expires CDLs, medical cards, drug tests, registrations, inspections and the company’s own filings, with a reminder before each one runs out. In every plan Driver qualification files Each driver’s documents in one file, with what is missing shown first.

Your team, together

The office and the drivers in one place, in the language each one reads.
