Invoice and packet to the broker in one step

The invoice, the rate confirmation and the proof of delivery go to the broker or your factoring company in one email.

Step by step

  1. Check the load is Delivered, has its rate under What it pays, and has a customer (Customer on file or Or just their name in Details).
  2. In The packet, attach the Rate confirmation and the Proof of delivery: choose the Document, pick the File and press Attach. The badge changes to Complete when nothing is missing. A load set to Truck ordered, not used only needs the rate confirmation.
  3. Press Billing packet at the top of the load. Ready to send should say Nothing missing; if not, it lists what is.
  4. Under Email the packet, check To, choose Who it goes to (The broker, direct or Our factoring company) and press Email packet and bill the load. It sends the invoice as a PDF with your paperwork, and the load becomes Billed once the email has gone.
  5. Sending it another way? Press Print cover sheet, send it yourself, then press Mark as sent under Sent some other way?.
  6. The invoice is under Invoices; its number is linked on the packet page.

If the page says An email is stuck or asks Did the broker get it?, follow the steps it shows: sending pauses so the broker is not sent the same packet twice. Billing is for people who may see company money.

Set up first

The broker’s billing email on the customer.

Worth knowing

  • If the page asks whether the broker got it, answer it: sending pauses so nobody is sent the same packet twice.
  1. The load is delivered, with the rate confirmation and proof of delivery attached.
  2. Open the billing packet: nothing is missing.
  3. Press Email packet and bill the load. The invoice goes to the broker as a PDF with the paperwork.
  4. The page waits for the email, then the load is Billed.
