In every plan

Every expiry date, before it expires

CDLs, medical cards, drug tests, registrations, inspections and the company’s own filings, with a reminder before each one runs out.

Step by step

  1. Open Compliance. The tiles Lapsed, Running out and Never recorded count what needs you, and the table lists each item and who or what it belongs to.
  2. Under Requirement set, choose the set that fits your company (for example Trucking / motor carrier) and press Save.
  3. Trucks: open Fleet, open a truck, and under Paperwork type the Number and the expiry date beside each item, then press Save.
  4. Drivers: open Driver files, click a name and fill in the Qualification record the same way. The scanned documents live in the Document folder.
  5. Company filings go under Company records on Compliance.

Anything without a date counts as missing, so it stays on the list until you record it.

Worth knowing

  • Upload the new document when you renew, so the reminder moves to the next date.
  1. Compliance lists every CDL, medical card, registration and inspection, soonest to expire first.
  2. Running out: truck 103’s annual inspection is inside its warning window.
