Arrived, loaded, delivered, with the photo
The driver taps through each stop and photographs the signed bill of lading; it lands on the load, ready for the invoice.
Step by step
- Open the load and find Paperwork. Photograph the signed delivery note before you leave the dock.
- Under What is it, choose Proof of delivery, Bill of lading, Signature or Other.
- Tap the file box to take a photo, or pick a photo or PDF.
- For Signature, hand your phone to the receiver: they sign under Have the receiver sign below. Clear lets them start again.
- Press Send it in. What you have sent shows as green tags above the form.
- If a photo is too large you are asked to take a smaller one. With no signal it is saved on your phone and sent later.

- Photos taken with no signal wait on the phone and send themselves when the page is opened again with signal.
- Open the load and find Paperwork.
- Choose Proof of delivery and take the photo.
- Press Send it in. The office has it before you leave the dock.
