Step by step
- Open My expenses.
- Take a Photo of the receipt. If reading is on you can leave the details empty and they are read from the receipt.
- Otherwise fill in Amount, What for, Where and Date.
- Under Who paid, choose Company card or cash or My own money.
- Choose the Load and Truck if they apply, add a Note if you like, and press Send.
- Follow it under Sent to the office: Waiting for the office, Approved or Not approved. Money you paid yourself is paid back on your next settlement.
