The driver accepts on his phone
Stops, appointments, navigation and his pay estimate on one screen, even with no signal.
Step by step
- Open My loads. Each card shows the route, load number, truck and status. A new load also arrives as a New load assigned notification.
- Open the load. Once dispatch has sent it you see Can you take this load?, with the Estimated pay when it can be worked out. It is an estimate: final pay is worked out on your settlement.
- Press Yes, I will take it.
- Cannot do it? Open I cannot take this load, choose a reason under Why not?, add a note for dispatch (Required if you choose Other) and press Hand it back to dispatch.
- After you accept, the load shows You accepted this load. Once the truck is rolling you cannot hand it back; ask dispatch to move it.
Set up first
Nothing: the driver signs in from his phone’s browser.
Worth knowing
- The pay shown is an estimate; the settlement is what he is paid.
- A new load arrives in My loads.
- Can you take this load? Press Yes, I will take it.
- Rolling: one button moves it to In transit.
- At the stop: I have arrived. The time is saved for detention.
